Natasha Overin is a Southern California-based communications professional with a diverse background in automotive, luxury, technology, and sustainability industries.
As a freelance copywriter, editor, and consultant, Natasha works with brands to craft public relations and marketing strategy, create engaging social content, and write compelling website copy, press releases, SEO blog posts, and articles to help brands increase visibility, build credibility, and drive sales.
She has served as a Public Relations Specialist for Karma Automotive, a high-tech incubator and creator of luxury electric vehicles, where she developed corporate communications strategy, including project management, media relations, crisis and corporate communication, and global product launches. In addition to providing PR strategy for the company's North American market, Natasha also managed PR for the brand's recent retail expansion into Europe.
Prior to joining Karma, Natasha served as a public relations and marketing coordinator for O'Gara Coach Beverly Hills, a globally-leading luxury automotive group and retailer of Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti, McLaren, Lamborghini and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars throughout Southern California. At O'Gara, Natasha collaborated with McLaren's corporate public relations team to lead regionally-targeted media activations launching McLaren in Beverly Hills and San Diego.
During college, Natasha developed a six-month project with Disney Music Group, working alongside classmates and the DMG executive team to design a creative marketing campaign launching D-Cappella, Disney's premiere a cappella group, targeted at millennial and Gen Z audiences.
Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a Specialization in Public Relations and Marketing Minor from California State University, Long Beach, in addition to supplemental courses in AI and Machine Learning through General Assembly in Santa Monica, Calif. She graduated CSULB with an academic scholarship, membership in Kappa Tau Alpha National Honors Society, and was named "Most Outstanding Public Relations Graduate" of her graduating class.
An active member of the community with a passion for helping individuals and causes succeed, Natasha has also supported campaign development for Surfrider Foundation, served as a board member on the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce and volunteers her time as a guest speaker and mentor for college students and youth.
